$97.00There are no traffic jams on the extra mile. ~Zig Ziglar
If you’re in planned giving you’re already on the road less traveled. (Most fundraisers are jammed up on Main Street competing for the limited cash gifts.) Now, with this book that you should have in your hands, you will be ready to go the extra mile. For your nonprofit … and for your career.
And you know what’s waiting for you when you go the extra mile on the road less traveled?
Money. Big money.
The majority of Americans own real estate. Yet 90% of nonprofits do not accept gifts of real estate. Why? For one thing, they are more complicated and require a bit more work than, say, accepting a simple gift of stock. But, for those who are willing to do the extra work, the rewards are great — six-figure great. The average real estate gift nationwide is in the range of $400,000.
I’m excited to partner with Dennis and Chase to bring you this valuable resource. These guys know their stuff, and soon you will, too.
By the way, if you do not feel up to the task of handling a gift of real estate yourself, contact Chase and Dennis. For a very small fee compared to the size of the gift, they will make it happen.
I strive for the extra mile every single day.
Why $97 for a Booklet?
I’ve been asked this question by several people. The answer is simple: This booklet was not created for everyone. It’s not for the masses. If you are basing this booklet’s value on its paper costs only, you are not ready to take your nonprofit to the next level by entering the real estate field.
I recall in my younger years, when Wharton Econometrics published 4 books on gold each year. The cost of each? $4,000. And that was 1981.
Why so high? The information in it was worth millions. As is the information in this booklet.
Of course, you do not need it if you are willing to put in the extensive time required to research the answers yourself, or hire an attorney to do so.
Of course, those options will end up costing you a lot more than $97.
